Online Training on Cyber Threats on DIKSHA

The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 underscores the pivotal role of educators in shaping the future of education through continuous professional development. It mandates that every teacher and school head engage in 50 hours of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) annually. Additionally, the policy highlights the necessity for educators to become adept digital teachers, necessitating ongoing CPD in digital technology integration.

In this regard, CIET-NCERT regularly hosts a monthly training series on ‘Cyber Safety and Security’ during the first week to raise awareness among stakeholders. For June 2024, CIET-NCERT plans to offer a 5-hour online training session titled “Cyber Threats” scheduled from June 3rd to June 7th, 2024, at 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm.
